Score and Parts
The most famous Bach son Carl Philip Emanuel Bach
shows here that his father's upbringing has borne fruit even in small groups: a really beautiful piece of three-movement music. Tip: Just inserting such a duet into a quartet program basically has the function of a ballad at the rock concert.
All sets are easy to master after 3 years of playing experience. As for the first movement, many startle at the many "blacks" on the score sheet, but do not worry: the movement is very slow and the runs are not more than scales.
